Cooking course at Baipai is a short course teaching the art
of preparing fine Thai cuisine. Participants learn by preparing
food in a stylish Thai kitchen. Each individual will be fully
equipped with necessary cooking tools i.e. stove, wok etc.
all classes are small size - never more than 10 to ensure
adequate personalize attention.
The course is completely
hand-on and conducted in English, while the technical content
is purposefully presented, the whole process is meant to be
entertaining and a word "fun" for participants!
This is an opportunity to really drive into the joy of cooking
and try your hands at becoming Thai cooks.
During all our classes, the school's instructional emphasis
is always focused on the same three things: traditional Thai
technique, innovative use of ingredients, and esthetic presentation.
What change is only the seasonality of the food.
The school offers a wide
variety of day cooking classes from 1-5 days. The 4 hours
class, featuring 4 food items is held on Tuesday - Sunday,
9.30am - 1.30pm. School is closed on Monday and National Public
holidays. All classes include recipes
are generous samplings of demonstrated items.
Recreational class or workshop
i.e. fruits and vegetables carving, etc. is also available
for individual or group reservations. A private, hands-on,
on/off-site e.g. the Convention Centre, hotel meeting rooms
and other private venues may provide a more convenient setting

The Menus : There are
5 set of menu running circularly between the 6 operational
days. The menu will be changed from time to time. However,
the dishes can be arranged upon your requests for special
cooking class, please check with the school prior to reservation.
