Q: Is the course hands-on?
A: Yes. Our courses are ‘completely hands-on’. Students get to prepare all the dishes themselves, 1 student per 1 cooking station. Then enjoy dining on the delicious Thai meals they prepared as well.
All classes are never more than 11 students to ensure adequate personalize attention.

Q: What is the length of the course?
A: The courses are short and very flexible. One course is completed in 4 hrs. You can take multiple courses consecutively, alternately, or choose to do any one(s) of your favorite at the time or any time at your convenience (subjected to availability).

Q: Can we choose the dishes we like?
A: Sorry, the menus are already preset and scheduled. However, private lesson is also available, subjected to class availability.

Q: Is there a course for vegetarian?
A: There is no specific course for vegetarian yet. However, recipes are very versatile; they can be adapted and therefore, prepared to accommodate vegetarian and non-meat eaters, too.

Q: Will we be able to recreate what we’ve learnt at Baipai back home?
A: Of course you will. Although, some ingredients may not be available, you will be told the suitable substitutions as well as other useful techniques and tips to ensure you can cook Thai food back home successfully.

Q: Do we have to bring anything to the class?
A: Not at all. Just put on your comfortable gears. An enjoyable “hands-on” cooking experience awaits you at Baipai, and you’ll be amazed what you can cook!.
